World Information Architecture Day 2016

World Information Architecture Day 2016

I had the pleasure of being asked to give a long-form presentation at World Information Architecture Day 2016 and jumped at the opportunity. For those who don’t know what this conference is, it’s “a one-day, annual celebration focused on the practice and education of information architecture … it brings together a diverse community including information architects, user experience designers, content strategists, product managers, developers, scholars, and students.” The topic I chose was on the construction of user experience kits and their necessity at MITTERA for long-term success (both internally and for our clients). Take a gander at the video of my talk below as well as the slides and resources referenced in the presentation.

My hope is that the presentation will provide some unique insight into MITTERA’s processes, the passion we have to help our clients be successful, and the practical “how-to” of what it takes to craft a sustainably excellent user-centered digital experience.
